Fantastic affordable hotel with exceptionally nice staff on the night shift. Budget room and new-fashioned with breakfast. Great restaurant for breakfast.

Not bad views.

The hotel was exceptionally comfortable with accommodating people on the night shift. Liked the room with a double bed, my bed was extremely comfy.

Well, Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The breakfast with the brewed coffee and local dishes, for example is good for what is offered.

Tidy and beautiful rooms with coffee, a kettle, and a carpet. Good view from the rooms. Easy to find, walking distance to a train station. An awesome stay for 4 nights.

The location was comfortable and ideal: a big shopping mall and a shopping area were within walking distance. This hotel was located in a shopping area.

The location was great and unbeatable and the room was wonderful. Had nice dainties at Whip Up, located feet from the hotel.

What a nice and safe hotel with courteous staff on the night shift! Very central location, characterful base for discovering Kuala Lumpur. Walking distance to a local store and local stores across the street.

This hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and basic amenities. The cleanliness of the rooms is commendable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location, although not the best, is still close to the city center and other attractions, making it convenient for exploring the city.

The hotel was comfortable with accommodating personnel with out customer service. The location was particularly good, close to a back alley as well as Monorail and Times square.

I had a great stay at this hotel! the location is perfect - right in the center of the city, making it easy to explore. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had all the basic amenities I needed, including free wifi and hot showers. The bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.

close to the city central area, easy access to malls. price value comparing to location is great. clean rooms. helpful staff.

breakfast could be better for the same value, hotel guests mostly from european and arab countries, but food was local and not desireable by guests. please cosider this comment. package group arrived at the hotel, it was realy noisy and terrible. they do not have any consideration for other guests.
